Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) failed to end their streak without victory on Wednesday when they played a 1-1 draw at Enyimba in a week 26 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) clash in Aba.
The result means 3SC have now gone four straight games without a win (two defeats, two draws), while Enyimba are winless in two.
Sadiq Ibrahim opened the scoring for the Ibadan-based club on 16 minutes in Aba but Ekene Awazie equalised for Enyimba three minutes before half-time.
Despite the draw, 3SC are still second in the table with 42 points, with Enyimba 11th, seven points behind.
In Lafia, Remo Stars missed the chance to extend their lead at the top of the league as they lost 1-0 to Nasarawa United.
Anas Yusuf got the only goal of the encounter, netting in the 25th minute.
Remo Stars are now nine points ahead of Shooting Stars in the title race.
Nasarawa United are still in the relegation zone in 18th place on 27 points, three points from safety.
The biggest scoreline of the day was in the fixture between Rangers and Sunshine Stars in Enugu which ended 3-0 in favour of the Flying Antelopes.
Three first half goals from Bashir Usman,
Joel Odoh and Kingsley Maduforo earned champions Enugu Rangers the comfortable victory.
Rangers broke the deadlock in the 25th minute through Usman before Odoh added the second goal three minutes later.
With four minutes left to play in the first half, Maduforo added the third goal.
Rangers climbed up to third place in the table with the victory, while Sunshine are 17th.
In other week 26 fixtures, hosts Heartland and visiting El Kanemi Warriors settled for a 0-0 draw, Kano Pillars pipped Akwa United 1-0 in Kano, and Kwara United and Abia Warriors played 0-0 in Ilorin.
Niger Tornadoes secured the only away victory of the day, winning 2-0 at Lobi Stars, and Plateau United edged out Bayelsa United 1-0.
Meanwhile, week 26 matches will continue on Thursday with Rivers United hosting Katsina United and Bendel Insurance welcoming Ikorodu City.
