Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen was on target for Galatasaray who were held to a 3-3 draw in Turkey by Dynamo Kyiv in the UEFA Europa League on Tuesday.
Osimhen has now scored in back-to-back matches for the Turkish champions.
He netted in his side’s 1-1 draw with Hatayspor in the league last week Friday.
His goal against Dynamo Kyiv was his fourth in five games in the Europa League this season.
The 26-year-old has taken his tally in all competitions this campaign to 15 goals in 19 appearances.
Davinson Sanchez and Abdulkerim Bardakci scored on six and 21 minutes respectively to put Galatasaray 2-0 up against Dynamo Kyiv.
With just one minute left to play in the first half, Dynamo Kyiv pulled a goal back thanks to Vladyslav Vanat.
Osimhen restored Galatasaray’s two-goal lead as he converted from the penalty spot to make it 3-1 on 53 minutes.
In the 68th minute, Andriy Yarmolenko scored for Dynamo to make it 3-2.
Yarmolenko got his second goal and drew Dynamo Kyiv level nine minutes from time.
The result leaves Galatasaray in fifth place on 13 points in the 36-team league table with one match left to play, while is Dynamo Kyiv’s first point after seven games as they are rooted to bottom spot.
